Spousal reunification - incorrect calculation of living allowance

The wife living in Germany contacts our law firm because the application for a visa for spousal reunification was rejected by the German Embassy in Ankara in May 2024. The reason for the rejection was the spouse's inadequate livelihood insurance in Germany. In response to the lawsuit filed against it, the client received the desired visa in July 2024, i.e. after two months. After the error in calculating the living allowance had been clarified by the invited immigration authority and the clients had obtained the necessary documents in a very short time.
